All logs from our APACHE Web Server database and the Discord AUDIT LOG will be handled over to the relevant instance of investigation for further evidence collecting and as a ground for a eventual report for court charge caused of law breach and the authorities roles to law enforcement.
01 - "The Ballad Singer Group", herafter "TBSG", is a singing club/group on the Smule Sing! app created by TBSG CEO Patrick 2016-04-16. TBSG was originally formed as a group WITHOUT any activity rules and with a clearly antibullying and antihater perspective. Today six (6) years later, as of March 15 year 2021, we're still remaining the same goals = to achieve and gather people together from all around the world ; to meet in our group, make new friends and of course sing together.
02 - TBSG are to be found at Smule Sing! app, TBSG Homepage, www.TBSG.me and our TBSG Discord Server. In the end of 2022, I (-Patrick) will also open a Discord Community (server plus) after TBSC S6 2022 has ended, I am looking for a core staff for this community ; don't hesitate to ask if you're interested to help me on our TBSG Discord Server. The same GDPR Privacy Policy applies on all platforms AND ALSO OBSERVE that our affiliated platforms might have their own pricacy and cookie policies, and that it's your own responsiblility to be aware and updated about those.
03 - According to the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we are bound by stated privacy laws in EU to informs you that we are using cookies and why we are using those. TBSG homepage, www.TBSG.me , uses first (1st) and third (3rd) part cookies to be fully functional as a a homepage on all devices (computers, laptops, tablets, phones (with system os (Linux, Windows, Android, iOS and so on)) that you are visiting www.TBSG.me from. When you first visit our homepage www.TBSG.me you have a choice to ACCEPT or DECLINE cookies from our site. 04 - To be able to be a fully functional homepage and to better understand your needs, we are using first (1st) part cookies (between the end user (you) and TBSG Web Server (us)), this means that we put a small information (text-)file on your device that you are visiting www.TBSG.me from. The information we collecting is for example (1) your IP Number, (2) your PID (Personal Device Number), (3) which platform you are using (Linux, Windows, Android, iOS etc.), (4) which country you are visiting from, (5) Which language of the keyboard on your device that you are using, (6) local date and time, (7) and which internet browser that you are using (Brand, Model, Language, Digital Identifiers in which you approved to be used in the settings of your browser. We also store data about an eventual VPN that you are using to prevent multiple instances from same specific device, this to prevent: double accounts, SN (Smule Names), hacking attempts and other internationally illegal activity.
05 - We also use third (3rd) part cookies for (1) system implementations, (2) form submitting, (3) other PR & Marketing and (4) email communications directly from the web page. Those third (3rd) part apps/implements might have their own Cookies and Privacy policies and by continue using TBSG homepage you also agree to our affiliate brands programs and apps individual privacy policies and that it's your own responsibility to keep yourself updated about their individually policies.
06 - TBSG using (1) "session cookies", that after you agreed (opt in) in by using www.TBSG.me for the first time on your device (and you're not in incognito mode or surfing through a VPN) will be automatically deleted after you closed your web browser. We also using "remaining cookies" that is just as it says, will remain on your device after that you have left TBSG homepage or closed the web browser that you are using. And PRIVATE information that you will provide us (for example communications in TBSC (The Ballad Singer Competition)) will NEVER be shared or sold to any third (3rd). This information stays within TBSG and the TBSC Staff (-if you're competing in The Ballad Singer Competition).

09 - By submitting audio or video (links or files) information to us, TBSG, through : (9a) Homepage Web Forms, (9b) Smule app, (9c) Discord, (9d) E-Mail and (9e) Social Medias, (9f) other digital medias ; you also agrees that TBSG at own and free will without asking before, have extended copyright to use material that you provide to TBSG for example in PR & Marketting purposes. A withdrawal from this shall be sent to TBSG CEO Patrick at (9g) PM/DM at Discord. The material that you wish to be removed shall clearly be specified in your communication. If this for an example is a comp submission, you can be excluded and/or disqualified from the competition. If this is other material, you can also (9h) delete the recording from Smule OR (9i) make the recording private so only the selected audience can watch the material. */ ALL submissions in TBSC "The Ballad Singer Competition" has to be public tho'.
10 - HTTP or HTTPS ? / If TBSG Homepage shows with an "i" into a circle OR says "page not secure" at the URL, you have most probably entered TBSG Homepage through http://www.TBSG.me . To resolve the issue kindly visit TBSG Homepage through https://www.TBSG.me instead. IF the problem persists, try to empty your cache and clear all cookies into the device that ypu are using. If this doesn't solve the problem, contact TBSG CEO (webadmin) Patrick at the Discord Server to resolve your inquiry.
11 - If you don't agree to TBSG GDPR & Privacy Policy kindly (11a) close the active web window with TBSG Homepage, (2) open a new web window and clear the cache including ALL cookies on ALL devices you visited TBSG Homepage from. Leave TBSC ”The Ballad Singer Competition” + all TBSG instances immediately without any delays.
12 -In case of any security breach ; (HACKING, PHISHING, FLOODING, SPAMMING, SCAMMING ATTEMPTS, NUKING, DATABASE INTRUDING ; AND OTHER DIGITAL THREATS) out of TBSG/TBSC's control ; we will do all we can to keep your data secure. Every and each individually issue that will appear will be in our internal investigation AND all the results of any internal will be archived for eight (8) years.
KINDLY REPORT ALL EVENTUAL SCAMMING ATTEMPTS (when someone who says representation TBSG or TBSC asking for your Credit/Debit Card info AND/OR Bank account, PayPal etc.) IMMEDIATELY; and/or IF ANYONE SUDDENLY ASKS YOU TO BORROW OR SEND MONEY FOR THEM. TBSG/TBSC WILL NEVER ASK FOR THIS INFO AND NEVER ASK YOU TO SEND ANY MONEY TO ANY OF THE STAFF MEMBERS OR ANY CONTESTANT/S.

IF OUR INTERNAL INVESTIGATION SHOWS ANY SIGNS OF PRIVACY BREACH TO ONE OR MORE INDIVIDUALS, WE (TBSG/TBSC) WILL REPORT THE INCIDENT TO LOCALLY AND/OR INTERNATIONAL POLICE DEPARTMENT/S, INVESTIGATION AUTHORITIES AND OTHER RELEVANT INSTANCES FOR FURTHER PROCESSING
13 - TBSG/TBSC Database takes continuously backups several times each day 24/7, and our security settings are specific to track IP Numbers that frequent and abnormal are visiting the page, especially those who using IP Tunnels, Digital Camouflage or a VPN (Virtual Private Network). We are using so called (1) "web beacons" , (2) "server mirrors" and (3) specialized BOTS to track down any suspicious or illegal activity on our web server and our TBSG Discord Server.
14 - All the information that you provide to us (TBSG/TBSC) through our web-/contact forms are processed with an AES 256 in SSL, which are the same encryption that the internationally military, governments and serious credit card institutes are using. Though we never ask for any private information (except (1) when you register or (2) won a season), our suggestion is that you don't send us information that we never asked you to send to us (the only information we ask from you are in our official web forms and will NEVER contains questions about your Credit Card info and/or Bank Account Information* / (* your personal bank account AND data will be asked, if you won any top 3 placing in a season).
15 - If any security breach (out of the hands of TBSG/TBSC) will appear (as described in article 12), the TBSG Homepage www.TBSG.me will be taken down by TBSG CEO Patrick and restored to the latest working backup within 5 working days. In any case of security breach we will take back ups of (1) Database, (2) Homepage, (3) Statistics, (4) Web Server/s, (5) E-Mail Servers, (6) Visitor Preferences (through cookies) and (7) System Logs/Analytics. If the security breach is in the art of breaking any locally or internationally laws we will act further and report to (8) Police Dept. , (9) Government Authorities and/or (10) other investigation instances for an eventually report.
